Brand Identity
Matters Of Skin is an inclusive, results-based practice rooted in both modern skin science and intuitive care. I was asked to craft an identity that is nurturing,, warm, and professional while maintaining a bold and artistic edge. To achieve this I designed a logotype and brand marks that speak to elegance and rootedness and a colour palette that represents various skin tones, which keeps the identity anchored in its context. I counter-balanced these elements with a selection of texture swatches representing the different microscopic layers of the epidermis, and a secondary, monospace dsiplay typeface that speaks to the science behind the MOS creative practice.
